Shane was the girl Jess had a relationship with after the summer following Sookie's wedding in the season 2 finale. She worked at Stars Hollow Beauty Supply, at least temporarily. Shane and Jess had a lot of PDA, but Jess had no feelings for her. He told Luke that he didn't even know her last name.
