Debbie Fincher is the mother of Cathy Fincher and the wife of Bill Fincher. She was very fond of Lorelai when Rory went to Stars Hollow High School where Cathy also went. When Rory would come over to see Cathy to go swimming in their pool, Lorelai had long conversations after she'd drop Rory off at their house. Debbie was also the one that got Lorelai and Luke the gig to speak at Stars Hollow High about business and Lorelai told Rory she didn't remember Debbie.
